With over 18 years experience in global organisations, Fleur de Vries-Oskamp has worked in a wide variety of roles with a focus on operations and organisational change. With a Masters in Chemical Engineering and an Executive MBA as a strong foundation, her passion for people, processes and problem solving can support the change your organisation is looking for.
Having left The Netherlands in 2012, Fleur took up a Senior Management position at a global Life Science Company in Singapore, before moving to New Zealand in 2016 to be a Site Manager. During her various roles in the Asia-Pacific region, Fleur was able to hone her skills, build experience and execute real change in the organisations she worked in. Now Fleur is able to take all her real-life learnings and use them in organisations looking to transform and grow.
